My three passions are united: Join me for a 2-hour Reiki-infused Yin and Yoga Nidra workshop where we’ll create space for deep rest and renewal together. Through gentle, long-held poses and the calming flow of Reiki energy, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and feel a sense of harmony return. The following yoga Nidra practise rounds up your very own journey of rest. This practice is all about slowing down, reconnecting with your Self, and giving your body and mind the care they deserve. Whether you’re looking for emotional release, stress relief, or simply time to pause, this workshop is a safe, nurturing space just for you. Let’s share this beautiful journey of grounding, healing, and coming back to center, together.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me 48 hours in advance and I will try my best to find a new date for you. As flexibility is an important part of life, arrangements can be made to help our sessions fit around your life. The cancelation fee depends whether you cancel 2 days before or on day of a lesson/session and on the service you have booked. PrivateReiki: Within 48 hrs no fees apply, within 24hrs 50% treatment cost apply. Treatment room fee can apply. Saturdays Yoga Flow and Outdoor Yoga: No cancelation to save admin time, in case of cancelation through me the class will roll over. Private Yoga: Minimum 48hrs and studio fee can apply in case of a studio booking Aerial Yoga: 100% refund if you cancel 3 days in advance Reiki Yin: Within 48 hrs no fees apply Dispensation will be made on case to case base.
