Your Booking with Bella: Terms for Classes, Workshops and Reiki Sessions

Thank you for booking with me. I want you to feel relaxed and well looked after from the moment you reserve your place, so I've written these terms in plain, friendly language. They're here to make things clear for us both, and I'm always happy to talk through anything that isn't obvious.

1. About These Terms

1.1 These terms cover all bookings for my Saturday classes, workshops and Reiki 1:1 sessions. When I say "I" or "me," I mean Bella Maldener.

1.2 By making a booking, you agree to these terms. If you book online, you'll be asked to confirm you've read them before you complete your booking.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and I've sent you a written confirmation. I'll always let you know as soon as I can if there's anything I need to check.

3. Your Rights as a Customer

3.1 Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights as a consumer. If you book online or by other distance means, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

3.2 If you'd like a session to begin within that 14-day period, I'll ask you to confirm that you understand you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered, and that you'll pay for any part already provided if you then cancel. I want this to feel like a choice you're making with full information, not something sprung on you later.

4. Saturday Classes

4.1 Saturday class fees are non-refundable once the class has been booked, except where your right to cancel applies under clause 3.

4.2 Life happens, and if l you have an inury, please message me before the class starts. I'll do my best to offer you a place at a future class. Transfers are at my discretion and aren't guaranteed, but I'll always try to help.

5. Workshops

5.1 If you need to cancel your place, I'll be glad to refund you as long as I can fill your spot from the waitlist. Where your place is refilled, the refund will be paid within 14 days of the new booking being confirmed.

5.2 If no replacement is found, a refund isn't possible, except where your right to cancel applies under clause 3.

5.3 Please send any cancellation request in writing to hello@bellamaldener.com before the workshop starts, so I can act on it straight away.

6. Reiki 1:1 Sessions

6.1 You're welcome to cancel or reschedule for free if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

6.2 If you need to cancel or move your session with less than 24 hours' notice, I may charge a room fee of £25. This covers the cost of the space I've held for you and is not intended as a penalty.

6.3 If you don't attend and haven't let me know, the session fee may be charged in full. I know emergencies happen, so please get in touch if this ever applies to you.

7. Your Health and Wellbeing

7.1 Before a Reiki session, I'll ask you to share any relevant medical conditions so I can look after you properly. Reiki is a complementary practice and isn't a replacement for medical advice or treatment. Please keep taking any medication or following any guidance from your doctor.

8. Changes to These Terms

8.1 I may update these terms from time to time. The version you agreed to when you booked will apply to that booking.
