My Yoga Classes in and around London

Yoga is an infinite journey

Regularly practising yoga has many benefits from increased focus to a better body connection and compassion towards yourself and others. We all benefit differently from yoga in our own way and in our own time.

My approach is based in acceptance of your own physical boundaries, enhanced self compassion and self-belief and working with your inherent tools such as breath, nervoussystem regulation and the exploration of the mind through meditation.

Lastly, understanding the complexity of being human-What a joy that is! And of course humour plays a big role too.

Private 1-2-1 Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Grounding

Aerial Yoga (Hammock)

Aerial yoga is a young and hybrid type of yoga combining traditional yoga poses, Pilates and dance with the use of a hammock.

By facilitating bending and stretching of the whole body during exercise, muscles and joints will be strengthened and rehabilitated, and the spine decompressed as the body hangs freely. Yoga in general, and aerial yoga in particular, is promoted as benefiting emotional, psychological and spiritual health.

Last but not least Aerial Yoga is a lot of FUN! It will bring your practise and self confidence to the next level and unleash your inner child!

Specific participation conditions apply.

Aerial Yoga School is currently on break until I have found a new venue again

Join an Aerial Yoga class without membership on the weekends. Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned aerial yogi or simply want to try something new and you don't have time during the week. I have founded the Aerial School in order to build more community as most of the time we stay for a drink after. In opposite to a normal studio class I have the chance to focus more on your needs. â€‹

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and therapeutic style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine and acupressure points. With shapes that are held for longer periods of time in seated or supine positions followed by a nourishing rebound to promote an unimpeded flow of energy or Qi.

Yoga Nidra is commonly known as the yogic sleep and a deep, powerful meditation that doesn't require any physical activity. The practitioners rest in Savasana (laying on their backs) whilst listening to the teacher guiding them into deep rest, typically through the 5 layers- also known as koshas.

Accessible Chair Yoga/ Office Yoga

Yoga can be performed anywhere and any time, on the mat, in the air, on a chair.

Moreover, everybody has a yoga body and needs some calmness and movement in their life. Chair yoga is an ideal exercise not only for people over a certain age who have trouble moving through the up and down motions of traditional yoga but also for the people working in offcies who are looking for the "quick fix" in their lunch break and who don't have time to visit a class and hop in their workout gear.

Office chair yoga can be performed online and does not require to be in person.
