Yin Yoga and Reiki complement each other beautifully because they share core principles of stillness, surrender, and energy healing

My two passions are united: Join me for a 2-hour Reiki-infused Yin Yoga workshop where we’ll create space for deep rest and renewal together. Through gentle, long-held poses and the calming flow of Reiki energy, you’ll release tension, restore balance, and feel a sense of harmony return. This practice is all about slowing down, reconnecting with your Self, and giving your body and mind the care they deserve, especially in this time of the year. Whether you’re looking for emotional release, stress relief, or simply time to pause, this workshop is a safe, nurturing space just for you. Let’s share this beautiful journey of grounding, healing, and coming back to center, together.

By blending these two modalities, you can experience healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, creating a deeply transformative practice, all at once.

What You'll Experience:

I’ll guide you through gentle relaxation breathwork to help you fully arrive and settle into the space. From there, we’ll flow into a short, Yoga Nidra-inspired meditation, allowing you to sink into a meditative state and quiet the mind’s chatter. Next, we’ll move into Yin Yoga, combined with the healing energy of Reiki. While you rest in each Yin pose, I’ll apply gentle Reiki to your body, helping you release tension and deepen your connection within.

In our intimate group setting, every participant will receive an increased amount of Reiki healing—a heartfelt thank-you for an incredible year together. We’ll close with time to ground yourself, ensuring you feel centered and ready to continue your journey home.

Why pair Reiki with Yin?

Activation of the Parasympathetic Nervous System

  • Both Yin Yoga and Reiki promote deep relaxation by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" state. The stae where healing can happen

  • Yin Yoga does this through long-held, passive poses that encourage the body to soften and release tension. Reiki supports this with its calming, energy-balancing touch or presence.

Energetic Alignment

  • Yin Yoga works on the energetic body by stimulating meridians (energy pathways) through gentle stretching and compression. These meridians align with the body's chi/ki or prana flow, which is also a key focus in Rei-ki.

  • Reiki amplifies this energetic alignment by clearing blockages and restoring harmony to the body's energy centers (chakras), creating a deeper sense of balance.

Emphasis on Stillness and Presence

  • Yin Yoga requires patience and mindfulness, as poses are held for several minutes. This stillness creates a fertile ground for Reiki energy to flow.

  • The combination deepens the experience of presence, inviting both physical and energetic healing simultaneously.

Emotional Release

  • Yin Yoga often facilitates emotional releases by opening up the fascia (connective tissue), which can store unresolved emotions. Reiki supports this by gently guiding the released energy to integrate, balance and leaving the body

  • Together, they create a safe space for you to process and let go of emotional blockages.

Cultivating Inner Awareness

  • Yin Yoga invites practitioners to turn inward, observing sensations and shifts without judgment. Reiki enhances this by fostering a sense of spiritual connection, often leading to profound insights and clarity.

  • Together, they help individuals deepen their connection to themselves and their inner wisdom.
