Cancellation Policy

SheCReality is a monthly rolling membership that automatically renews. Membership Cancellation Policy At She CReality, we value every member and aim to provide exceptional support for self-employed women in wellness. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, the following cancellation terms apply: 1. Your Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your membership with us at any time. However, the notice period and refund eligibility depend on the type of membership and when the cancellation is made. 2. Cooling-Off Period In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), if you have joined She CReality online, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the date of purchase. During this time, you can cancel your membership for a full refund, provided you have not accessed or made use of any membership benefits (including downloadable content, consultations, or events). - If any benefits have been accessed within this period, we reserve the right to charge for the services used. 3. Cancellation After the Cooling-Off Period If you wish to cancel your membership after the 14-day cooling-off period, the following terms apply: - Monthly Memberships: You may cancel at any time. but there must be a 7 day window until your nect renewal date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current cycle. 4. How to Cancel To cancel your membership, please email us at hello@bellamaldener.com. Cancellations will be processed within 3-5 working days. 5. Exceptional Circumstances In the case of exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, bereavement), we may, at our discretion, offer refunds or suspend memberships. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation. 6. Changes to Membership or Fees We reserve the right to change membership fees and terms. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel your membership if you do not agree with the new terms. 7. Legal Rights This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
