In the heart of busy London, take a moment to reconnect with yourself in this unique 2-hour workshop. We’ve thoughtfully crafted this experience to blend the uplifting energy of aerial yoga with the calming embrace of a soothing sound bath—a perfect sanctuary for your mind, body, and soul.

What You'll Experience:
- Aerial Yoga: Begin your journey with a gentle and heart-opening aerial yoga session guided by Bella. In your hammock, you’ll ease into postures that help release tension and open up your body in a slow a safe manner. Feel free to invert if you wish, embracing the lightness and freedom that comes with being suspended in the air. By practising yoga, we prepare the body for the following  sound bath frequencies. 

- Sound Bath: After nurturing your physical body, Aimeé, will lead you through a deeply restorative sound bath. Surrounded by the tranquil tones of crystal bowls, her soothing voice and relaxing lights, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation. And what makes this sound bath so special is that you will be wrapped in your cocoon, gently rocking, gently held and protected. 

This session is all about self-care, inner connection, and chakra cleansing, helping you leave the world behind and find peace within.

This workshop is more than just a class—it’s an invitation to nurture yourself, find calm amidst the chaos, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

Terms and conditions: 

In case of a cancellation please let me know 1 week in advance to receive your full refund. Tickets are non-refundable anything later than 7 days but I will try my best to resell your tickets to people on the wait list.

Contraindications: 

The key contraindications of aerial yoga include glaucoma, heart disease, propensity to vertigo, very high or low blood pressure, recent concussion, head injury, herniated discs, osteoporosis, sinusitis, recent experience of a stroke and epilepsy, and pregnancy.​​​​​​​​​​​
